We are always happy to exchange any unused products, providing we receive it back in the same condition it was sent. Please note, there will be no returns or exchanges on Universkin Bespoke Skincare.

Allergic Reactions

Although rare, allergic reactions can occur within the first few minutes of using a product and will be accompanied by significant redness, lumps and bumps. Please note, flushing, redness and/or heat is to be expected when using active products.

In the unlikely event of an allergic reaction, please discontinue use of the product immediately. Please take some photos of the reaction and send this in to us along with the product.

For all returns, please fill out the form on the contact page. Please ensure you submit this before sending the product back to us so we can process it as quickly and efficiently as possible.
